"All the Best: Fun Begins" is a Bollywood comedy film directed by Rohit Shetty. The story revolves around the character of Veer Kapoor, played by Fardeen Khan, a struggling musician who is in debt and facing constant financial difficulties.

Veer's best friend is Prem Chopra, played by Ajay Devgn, a successful businessman who is married to Jhanvi, played by Bipasha Basu. Jhanvi is suspicious of Prem's faithfulness and believes he is having an affair. To prove his loyalty, Prem plans a trip for Veer and himself to Goa, where they can have some fun and clear their minds.

Unbeknownst to Prem, Veer's sister, Vidya, played by Mugdha Godse, is in love with Prem's younger brother, Lucky, played by Sanjay Dutt, who is a con artist. As Veer and Prem reach Goa, their troubles escalate. Veer accidentally switches the bag of diamonds with another identical bag belonging to a gangster, Tobu, played by Johny Lever. Chaos ensues as Tobu and his goons pursue Veer and Prem, while Veer's problems with money, misunderstandings, and romantic entanglements keep growing.

Veer falls in love with a local girl named Nisha, played by Mugdha Godse (playing a dual role), who happens to resemble his sister Vidya. This leads to comedic situations and mistaken identities. Meanwhile, Jhanvi, suspicious of Prem's activities, decides to follow him to Goa, further complicating matters.
