The story begins with the four mischievous and bumbling friends - Adi (Arshad Warsi), Manav (Jaaved Jaffrey), Roy (Riteish Deshmukh), and Boman (Aashish Chaudhary), who are still trying to find their luck in various get-rich-quick schemes. They stumble upon a plan to make easy money when they learn about a hidden treasure worth crores buried deep in Goa.

However, their arch-nemesis, corrupt cop Kabir Nayak (Sanjay Dutt), gets wind of their plan and decides to beat them to the treasure. Kabir has his reasons to seek revenge from the quartet due to the events from the previous film.

Meanwhile, two attractive and cunning women, Kamini (Mallika Sherawat) and Kiya (Kangana Ranaut), also get involved in the plot. They trick the four friends into believing that they are being helped, but in reality, they have their sinister intentions.
