The third film, "Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se," brings back the main cast in a new adventure. This time, the story revolves around two brothers, Puran (Sunny Deol) and Kala (Bobby Deol), who run a traditional Ayurvedic clinic in Amritsar. Their lives take a humorous turn when a pharmaceutical company owner, Marfatia (Mohan Kapoor), sets his eyes on their clinic and tries to acquire it.
